Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Concrete Construction Laborers and Finishers to join our crew. The ideal candidate is dependable, has experience working with concrete (or is eager to learn), and can thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
• Prepare work sites, mix and place concrete, and perform clean-up duties
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to complete projects on schedule
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in concrete construction or general construction preferred (but not required – training provided)
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Sarasota
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
